The Firm
A team combining seasoned legal experience with a contemporary perspective, working within an institutional framework built around sound judgment, precise execution and continuity of service.
Dubai is a market where regimes, sectors and jurisdictions intersect. We work inside that reality: reading a matter in its regulatory and commercial frame together, and dealing with authorities and courts in their own language and on their own procedural terms.
We chose depth over breadth: a defined set of sectors whose regulation we study and whose development we follow, being shipping, aviation, energy, real estate and digital assets, alongside legal capability across disputes, administrative, commercial and criminal matters, and private client work.
Our office sits in Al Hudaiba Awards Buildings on 2nd December Street, overlooking Union House, where the nation's flag was first raised. It is a neighbourhood from which we draw a sense of responsibility, before the honour of the address.
Our People
The work is led by advocates, consultants and legal researchers, under direct supervision by experienced practitioners.
